fa بررسی رابطه بین مدیریت کیفیت و مؤلفه مهارت و شایستگی (به انضمام مطالعه موردی) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research &nbsp;پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین مدیریت کیفیت و مؤلفه مهارت و شایستگی<b> </b>انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف یک تحقیق کاربردی و از نظر شیوه اجرا یک تحقیق توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر از کلیه کارکنان شرکت ایران ایر تشکیل می‌ شود که تعداد آن‌ها 400 نفر بوده است. جهت انتخاب نمونه‌ها از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده استفاده شده است. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد بین مدیریت کیفیت و مؤلفه مهارت و شایستگی رابطه معنادری وجود دارد. همچنین یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که شایستگی می تواند تا 0.823 بر مدیریت کیفیت سازمان تاثیر داشته باشد. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between quality management and the skill and competency component. This study is an applied research in terms of its purpose and a descriptive survey research in terms of its implementation method. The statistical population of the present study consists of all employees of Iran Air Company, whose number was 400 people. Simple random sampling method was used to select the samples. The findings of this study showed that there is a significant relationship between knowledge management and the skill and competency component.
