The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between quality management and the skill and competency component. This study is an applied research in terms of its purpose and a descriptive survey research in terms of its implementation method. The statistical population of the present study consists of all employees of Iran Air Company, whose number was 400 people. Simple random sampling method was used to select the samples. The findings of this study showed that there is a significant relationship between knowledge management and the skill and competency component. The findings of the study also showed that knowledge management can affect skills and competency by up to 0.734 and quality management by up to 0.823 in the organization.
