This study aimed to predict the performance of elementary school teachers based on emotional intelligence and resilience. The present study was applied in terms of its purpose and descriptive in terms of its implementation method, and was of the correlation type. The statistical population of the present study was all elementary school teachers in Qazvin in the academic year 1404-1405, totaling 840 people, of whom 263 were selected using multi-stage cluster sampling. Data analysis was performed using SPSS27 software and linear regression analysis and Pearson correlation coefficient. The research findings showed that the results of linear regression analysis showed that emotional intelligence with a beta coefficient of 0.45 and resilience with a beta coefficient of 0.35 can significantly predict teachers' job performance.
