The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of ethical leadership on the ethical behavior of employees by considering the mediating role of ethical climate. This study is descriptive in terms of its applied purpose, survey in terms of data collection, correlation in terms of relationships between variables, and descriptive in terms of the description of the current situation. The spatial scope of this study is the Social Security Organization of Qazvin, which includes the general office and three relevant branches. The total number of employees in this complex is 210 people, of which 132 people were selected as the sample size after observing the Morgan table and for greater certainty, it was increased to 160 people and questionnaires were distributed among them. To collect data, standard questionnaires were used and their validity and reliability were analyzed and confirmed again. Sampling was done stratified and within each stratum, simple random sampling was performed.Structural equation modeling was used to statistically analyze the data, and SPSS and Smart PLS software were used to examine the relationship between variables. According to the results of the study, the positive effect of ethical leadership on the ethical behavior of employees, the positive and significant effect of ethical leadership on the ethical climate, and the positive effect of the organizational ethical climate on the ethical behavior of employees were revealed.
